First appointment that focuses on gathering clinical history, diagnostic information and goal formulation.
Individual Counseling Sessions- 1 hour

One on one counseling session

Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Aetna, and United Healthcare/UBH/UMR/Optum
The above services are billed to insurance at the costs listed. The amount the client actually pays will vary based on insurance plans, copays, co-insurances and if deductibles have been met. To get a more accurate cost please contact your insurance provider.
Self-Pay Counseling Sessions for Adults

Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
EAP Plans
EAP Plans are additional benefits provided by your employer to cover the cost of counselor for a limited number of sessions. We currently only accept EAP plans provided by Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Aetna, or United Healthcare/UBH/UMR/Optum.
Call your insurance company to check EAP benefits and to obtain the EAP contract/authorization needed to schedule your first EAP session.
To use EAP Plans
If you plan on utilizing an EAP program we must have the following or your appointment may be rescheduled:
1. EAP Contract/ Authorization Letter
2. EAP Authorization Number
3. Name of EAP insurance company (sometimes different from your main insurance)
4. Address of EAP claims department so we can submit claims
5. Number of sessions approved
LPC Counseling Supervision
Individual Supervision Session- 1 hour
$75
Weekly supervision sessions that are required to count hours towards Mississippi's LPC license.
Group Supervision Session- 2 hours
